Puffco offers a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products purchased directly from our website. Due to the nature of vaporization technology, used devices cannot be returned for a refund but are covered under our limited warranty program.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, unopened packaging with all security seals intact within 30 days of the delivery date.

  Contact Support

  Submit a formal request through our Support Ticket system to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the unused product in a shipping box, clearly marking the RMA number on the exterior to ensure efficient processing.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the return to confirm its unused condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus shipping fees.
