What is the standard shipping time for orders?
Orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Due to PACT Act regulations, domestic shipping via specialized carriers usually takes 5-10 business days, and an adult signature is required upon delivery.
Do Puffco products come with a warranty?
Yes, we offer a limited warranty on our electronic bases. The Peak Pro and Peak bases are covered for one year from the date of purchase, while electronic components of other devices are covered for 90 days.
How do I clean and maintain my device?
To maintain peak performance, we recommend soaking your glass and chamber in 99% Isopropyl Alcohol regularly. Never use water to clean the electronic base; instead, use a cotton swab dipped in ISO to clean the connection pins.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused and unopened products purchased directly from our website within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any products that have been used.
How can I verify if my product is authentic?
Authentic Puffco products are sold through our official website and authorized retailers. Every device includes a unique serial number on the base which can be registered on our website for warranty verification.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Please note that due to industry regulations, we cannot currently accept certain digital wallet or cryptocurrency payments.
